    Help from expert (Zandor-Harddon-Gardenknowm-stinkyattic ... )

Sorry guys for the double post but I really need your help now because I just donā??t know anymore. Some of my plants (most of them) are becoming really pale as you can see and I donā??t know what the problem is.

    1- Growing in soil
2- PH = 6.3 (As recommended by Advanced Nutrients ā?¦ The food Iā??m using)
3- I burned them real bad in veging so Iā??m only giving them 33% of what they are recommending.
4- I feed 1 time for 2 times just water.
5- Iā??m in week # 3 and they do not seem to have grown at all since week 1 ?
6- they used to be thirsty every 3 days ... now, they seem to be thirsty every 4 to 5 days ? ( I tought they needed more water in flowering ?)
    7- My the temp is 24 Celcius (75 F)

    What is my problem ?????
    What should I do ?????

    Thanks in advance,

    A couple things to start...
Can you get pics in better light? HPS is very difficult to work with for diagnoses.. natural daylight would be better
What exactly IS that soil mix, and have you yet checked its pH, or flushed them since the burn?
6.3 is actually on the low side for a soil grow.
Let's start with figuring out your soil pH.
Since you are only giving nutes at 1/3 strength, we're going to fix that problem and get you back up to a higher conc of fertilizer, but only after you find out what your runoff is.

    Help from expert (Zandor-Harddon-Gardenknowm-stinkyattic ... )

I will post some more pics in 1 hour ... (Just before my light goes on)

    I'm using ProMix BX.

Iā??m not sure how to check my soil PH and no, I have not flushes because it seems like everything was back to normal after the burn in veg.

The reason why my PH is 6.3 in because that is the PH recommended by my Nutes manufacturer for a soil grow (Advanced Nutrience)

I was afraid to flush since I'm in the flowering phase and do not want to fuck up my yield (presently in day 25) Should I flush them and see what the runoff PH is ??? How exactly do I flush soil (How much water should I put in each pot and I'm afraid to drown the root system since they donā??t seem to be very thirsty lately ... Wouldnā??t that drown them ? How to get rid of the extra water ?

stinkyattic, I really appreciate your help ... You don't even know.

    Thanks so much.

    It's all good.
Okay, I think it's weird that the manufacturer says 6.3.
6.8 is standard as a goal for your pH. Lower pH is for like hydro and shit... not my strong point lol.
After you burn, flushing is pretty standard procedure, even if the plants look like they are okay again... you don't know what residue is left, that could fuck with your micronutes in the future!
    Flushing is easy!
For every gallon or soil, run through 3 gallons of water.
You can do it right in the bath tub. I would prop the pots up on something like a rack or whatever to let the water drain even faster. And use water at room temperature, like too cold for a bath but comfortable to put your hand in.
You can still flush in flower!
Just do the flush, and then feed them normally as if nothing was wrong.
Oh and to chek the soil pH, first test your tap water, and then test the runoff from the first part of the flush... that's your runoff pH, and you can estimate the soil pH from that. The runoff pH is between the soil pH and the flush water pH.
Luckily dirt growing is not an exact science, lol.
I had shit luck with soil mixes that included peat. I know ProMix has plenty of fans but it DOES contain peat moss and I fear it. hahaha! I like to start with a soil mix that is naturally buffered in the pH 6.8 range, and that comes from composted leaf humus- I don't know if you have a farmers supply near you but you can often buy bags of the stuff, and I swear by it (well I SWORE by it before I had to bail).

OK, I will flush them tonight but should I be afraid to over water them ā?¦ After I flushed them, how long must I wait before I can water them again with food?

Iā??m afraid the soil will be really wet (of course) and it will not dry fast enough to protect my babies against over watering reaction ā?¦ Should I worry? I can already see myself in 1 week from now with my pots still heavy with water ā?¦ Like I said; they donā??t seem to be very thirsty lately?

IT sounds like your other environmental conditions are fine... it's when it is very cold that overwatering is the MOST dangerous.
I used to drill additional drain holes up the sides of my pots so they would drain better, but that is not totally necessary.
Unless you already have a root problem, which it doesn't look like from the pics, flushing is not going to lead to the whole drowning thing... just let them drain and put them back.
