whats up with my timer guys?

hello guys.. well im 7.5weeks into flower .. i have 2timers for both my lights.. well i added my 2nd light beggining og flowering.. but since the light i added has failed to turn on 3times.. i know this isnt major.. and the obvious solution would be to just buy a new timer.. but seen as im allmost done on this grow i wont bother till next grow.. does any1 know why my timer is not turning on and the time and day n stuff is fucked? all i do is reset it n its all jiggy.. i know there wasnt a power cut or anythin coz my bro had his pc on all night and it was on in the mornin.. any ideas peps?

not sure what size lights you are using but would probably recomend investing in a heavy duty timer as those cheap 15 amp timers usually have a very short life span either they melt down or the contacts stick together and your light runs all the time.
just get another timer thats your only real option suggest spending more and get a 40 amp if your using hid lighting and want it to last for a long time.
