I don't know..I think the main reason people don't get high the first time they smoke is because they don't know how to inhale. Just make sure she knows what to do. Breathe in, don't let it sit in your mouth. Vape would probably be the most friendly on the lungs though.

man when i got lit the first time it was out of this awesome little hippy-dippy homemade shell pipe. very harsh, had virgin lungs cuz i dont smoke cigs. and hella coughed on like the first and second hits walking away from the circle haha thinking the same "so this is weed" like someone said before.

this girl friend of mine has been pretty anti pot for awhile because of some bad experiences of her mom that effected the rest of her life. lately over the years shes gotten much more tolerant to it and even almost toked up a few nights ago! im not sure but eventually shes gonna wanna try it once she gets the courage to and i was thinking of using my phx duo (w/ ashcatcher and ice)...but give her green hit and have some water nearby. hopefully she wants to atleast. i think shes the most comfortable with me and would try it in my care i think. i love smoking out pot-virgins

I didn't get ripped my first time, and I used a waterfall... but then again I only had a chance to take one hit before we had to pack up, so I didn't really expect to get baked
