Make some toast. Not too dark, not too light. Put some peanut butter on it. Now put a thin layer of honey over that. Now sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Now fall in love with the orgy in your mouth.

I love layering flavors when I'm high. I do salty and then sweet. Try this : toast an onion bagel. Spread thinly with butter. Now spread with cream cheese. Top with salami or pastrami. Add thin slice of red onion. Add slice of sharp cheddar. Nuke long enough to melt the cheddar. Heaven.

or: toast and butter some whole grain bread with all the texture to it, like Catherine Clark's Brownberry Ovens whole wheat, or Pepperidge Farms 15 grain bread. Smear pretty thick with cream cheese. Add chopped green onion, as much as you like. Then add thinly sliced ham. That ghetto ass chippedchopped ham is perfect. Then add a slice of cheddar or baby swiss.

I like cheese. Heh.

I put avocado, roasted red pepper hummus, and cream cheese...all on a spinach bagel that I toasted!!
