    Who saw Lou Dubbs(last night's)

The one about weed. Comments, reviews, criticisms? My dad started watching it and just yelled GATEWAY DRUG and I was about to shit on him. I didn't feel like watching it because of the 2 minutes of lies I heard.

I saw it. My 11 year old son said basically the same thing, but thats because of all the DARE bullshit the school puts into them.
I gave him a lesson on drug re education.

thought I'd resurrect this cause it was significant to me that a tv political forum tried to have a real conversation about cannabis decriminalization. the more it happens the better.

don't blame Lou Dobbs; he only calls it as it appears and corporate influenced legislators have always made cannabis appear unfavorable. it will still take time and all the cannabis-only users like me need to get more active in convincing people of the distorted facts.

my impressions from the commentary on lou dobbs were:
that such discussions were outdated and irrelevant, that it's not about ill-effects of pot. Even if it were unhealthier than alcohol, it's about the freedom to choose for oneself. Self-destructive people are going to binge on whatever they can, despite legislation. the war on pot has always been futile.

The guest said it's difficult to locate those who use cannabis exclusively. This is a fair statement. Those of us who abstain from other drugs aren't out making a criminal nuisance of ourselves, and can mostly still function as members of society. They are those who are not self-destructive, but celebrate cannabis because of its intrinsic qualities.
