Great comparison. This is so unfortunate, because people get this mixed up with hip-hop music, therefore setting up the ultimately bad reputation that it carrys.

So a juggalo is an fiercely independent individual who doesn't care what others think about them or grovel for acceptance. And so to mark this attitude they all assume the blanket label of "juggalos" and watch out for each other, even though they hate everyone who's not a juggalo...

And they don't even have to listen to icp, though it probably helps. Otherwise why would you ever choose such a lame sounding title for your little club?

Yeah it's a great track. Got the Aerosmith sample on there, and the lyrics are so damn powerful...that song definitely gets me going.

I don't like the idea of being a Juggalo myself and feel the OP's description of it didn't sound quite right. He almost makes it sound like Buddhism. But on the other hand, following a group and becoming apart of a certain group doesn't make you a poser. As long as that person enjoys what they are doing and feels it's the right thing then I'd say that's a follower. I don't follow anything myself, although sometimes I think it would be nice too.

Yea I'm not a juggalo, I deffinetley don't dress like a juggalo or act like one or say I'm one or talk like one. But in fact I hate almost everyone except my small circle of family, and friends are more family then some of my real family. Blood doesn't mean you have to love, but they're there for you all the same. "Friend" for me is someone you'd do anything for without question, and they'd do the same for you.
