White Russian is a very easy strain to grow if you cover the basics.

Light, ventilation, organic nutes and a solid 18/6 light schedule for veg and a 13/11 flower period, 6.9 water.

Assuming you know how to grow weed, you are best suited for White Russian by going heavy on the nitrogen during the flower period. The buds get so fricking big, even the secondary branches will yeild 12" kolas.

So, simply keep the nitrogen up, while delivering the regular flowerbloom nutes. This strain benefits from nitrogen up to week 6 of flower.

White Russian is one of the dankest smelling plants you will ever grow so odor control is mandatory. If it gets into your ventilation system, it will be everywhere...you can smell if from the front street. I am not kidding. Do not underestimate the smell.

Even if its a rolled joint, it will be smelled everywhere you go.

Roaches and bowls in pipes reek like hell even more. You cannot disguise the scent.

5 gallon buckets for plants, heavy fish emulsion nitrogen or seagird guano pellets work great.

They will top out at about 4' in height and gain another 2 feet in flower, so space is not a critical issue. They do grow wide and have many 7 finger leaves.

However, I would get a grow or two under my belt before growing WR. It is extremely potent and even an idiot like me can grow them...but they need the basics. They love light, fresh air, 6.8pH water and nitrogen as they enter the flower phase.

You can get your HID VERY close...8 inches with a good strong fan on them. They LOVE light.

It's the only one I would ever grow again as its the one worth the risk, pays off with BOUNTIFUL YEILDS and super STRONG...two hits is one too many.

Flower exactly 58 days and you will be happy.

They do have a long cure period for some reason...took almost 2 months for me to get the stuff fully cured. Do a grow proper once, with about 4 -6 good females and you will have enuff smoke to stay stoned for 2 years.

Good luck.

Here are a couple of pics...one is day 10 in flower and the other is day 30 in flower.
