well...
Healthcare shouldn't be free. Nothing is free in life, but they should change their plans up a bit.
Around here, you pay $40 a month for healthcare. Whether you use it or not, you pay for it, but when something does happen, you aren't paying $2000 a night for the hospital. People here complain about our plan saying, "well why should I have to keep paying it if I don't even use it?" but if something did happen to them, then they had to pay out of their own pocket, or if they get injured and died, then they'd be complaining about that.
To me, it's $40 a month. Big whoopie. Even if you go to the hospital once every few years, IF you did have to go, you'd be good.
When I went in after my injuries I got x-rays done on my face, medicine, and an overnight visit in my own room, and when I left, I didn't pay one cent.
Changes in the States need to be done, but I don't think it should be free. If someone came in with a head wound or something, then yes, you would help them, but people who visit the hospital on a regular basis for whatever reason, should have to pay something.
$100,000 or whatever you said before Slipknot is outrageous. How do they expect anyone to pay that back in this day and age. I don't get it. The US people are getting raped daily, and I feel for the people.
And yes Slipknot, jumping people is the pussiest way of dealing with things. I didn't even know them though, so there was nothing to deal with. Probably too much too drink, one too many lines, and the feeling of having tp prove something. If you want to prove something, lets do it one on one, but I had 3 guys kicking and stomping at me. Not cool.
They didn't knock me out, but if they did, I had a feeling I would have died that night as they weren't slowing down. I just managed to run away, so I consider myself lucky. It wasn't my time to go yet.
