They already passed a bill a year or two ago which says they can track you down and bring you back to the USA and even impose charges. it also states that canada will help them do this.

If my country got attacked directly yes I'd fight, and yes i'd still smoke. Not as often though.

But if there was a draft to go overseas and fight, i'd flee to Canada as well.
