Hi,
I have a plant under one (i know its not enough) CFL bulb at the moment. I was just wondering if this light is worth getting as my plant has now grown bigger than i expected.
Thanks in advance!mattb_22000011 Reviewed by mattb_22000011 on . Lighting Hi, I have a plant under one (i know its not enough) CFL bulb at the moment. I was just wondering if this light is worth getting as my plant has now grown bigger than i expected. Thanks in advance! Rating: 5

Hi,
Are you using the Hydroponic method of growing?
I have a 1000 MH set up. This is a lot. I am growing in soil.
At times I wish I had bought a 400 w. MH set up because it would not cost so much energy. There are also 600Watt out there.
If you are serious, probably use a stronger bulb.
If it cost too much, don't worry. Experiment.
Walmart has a 4 foot florescent grow light set up for under $20. I use this to start and grow my plants as large as I can before I send them to flowering in another room.
I will check back and see if you want to talk more.
Good Luck
