    how to fit mylar?

I USE 3M ADHESIVE SPRAY. YOU CAN CUT CARDBOARD TO WALL SIZE, AND GLUE TO IT OR ATTACH DIRECTLY TO THE WALL.

I FIND IT PEELS FROM WALLS AND CELINGS VERY WELL WHEN YOU WANNA REMOVE IT, WITH LITTLE LEFT OVER RESIDUE.

think im gonna stick the mylar up using stinkyattic's method, tacking it onto a wooden frame after giving the walls a good bleaching and anti mold tratment, in fact im going to bleach the area right now. thanks all.

what i did was cut cardboard to fit the wall, then cut the mylar to the card board and you can glue it or stretch tape it on, now you can remove the walls if needed and clean them and place them back in 10min flat.

in my first grow room i used mylar i used 1x2 wood stripes like 4 feet apart then applied 1/8 plywood to that than stapled mylar around room but what i noticed that after the grow i had to replace it everytime cause i spray my leaves with water to keep them green and this fades the shiny mylar away so this got expensive so no i use a different kind of reflective mylar more durable can buy this at home depot etc in furnace or water tank ilse this is what i would reconmend heres a pic of both

Spray adhesive and a window squeege wrapped with a towel puts mylar on wrinkle free EVERYTIME:rasta: Only use the 2 mil mylar, the 1 mil is worthless.

    how to fit mylar?

i dont know i think next time if i spring for mylar im gunna apply it like window tint except use 3m spray adhesive on the wall. any one ever tint a window??? this is my plan in about 4mos ill post some pics
my idea was to spray an even layer down with the 3m, tape the piece im working with to the celing and spray the side i would be lookin at with an excess of soapy water then squeege and credit card the fuck outta it till it was smooth against the wall sould be easy enuff to wipe down to clean after the glue cured but i sure as hell dont know about removing it though maybe peal it off clean the wall and repaint sure as hell wouldnt be a quick process but patchen vent holes aint either
