nAH i dont think it has to do a whole lot with the bud, its probably more mental they u give credit. Its like if u tell some one to breath, they will manually breath for however long it takes them to forget and they start up doing it automatically. Kinda the same thing, you think your breathing is slowing down but it really isnt, unless your running yourself out of breath u should just continue to breath normal, even if it feels heavier. Coughing doesnt help either, just try not to think about it, put the tv on or something divert your attention.
