"Super output" vs. Batwing

So I was browsing around ebay and came across this reflector and am wondering if this would be much better than a batwing reflector. They say it captures the light that is otherwise wasted with a batwing.
The same people also sell a batwing reflector that is $85 cheaper.
Thoughts please.

well for me it would matter what kind of foot print i was looking for. i.e. what kind of grow space is needed it for?
