I just made it and I'm fucking ripped from it! here's the pic. Sorry the quality is bad, I only have a webcam, but you get the drift. used an hammer and screwdriver, worked wonders. only took about 2 steady hits to knock a hole, just be careful, it's glass. find the little notch around the bottom, it's unmistakable.
