why was this guy banned?
i didnt see a single rule that he broke....

and dont say "he was banned because he doesnt represent the stoner community(in a favorable light)" because that is false. the guy is a stoner, therefor he is indeed representing the stoner community....either for good or for bad, but he still represents a piece of it.
if we start to bury anything that makes us look bad.....then we're no better than the government

Hey you're talking to one of the kings of being misunderstood. I really wish I had payed more attnetion to english in school. If you haven't noticed my spelling and grammer sucks nuts so it's easy for something I say to be taken the wrong way. Some of my posts come off as if I'm all pissed off and fired up about it, but I'm really not. I've only actually lost my temper a few times on the boards and I've tried to apologize whenever it happens.

I don't think it was a perma ban. Just a little cool-off period to think about what he said. It's not only a matter of making us look bad, but as this site is viewed by cops and others, it's not a bad idea for the mods to put a temp ban on a member that may draw unwanted attention. At least that's what I think.
Also, this is a privately owned mesage board. They can tell us to go to hell and there's nothing we can really do about it. It's not illeagle, but does that make it right? That's just a matter of opinion.

Yeah, It doesn't say anywhere in the rules regarding posts about theft, or misrepresenting Cannabis culture... Put it in the rules and I'm cool with it.

I think not allowing posts about theft would be a perfectly good rule. Misrepresenting CC? Well, that's a matter of opinion too.

Psycho4Bud is a very reasonable mod though. MUCH more than a lot of mods on other forums I visit.

well, the way i look at it stealing is wrong
but places like wal mart need to be shut down.
i would be mad at a person who steals from a family owned store. bc they need the money.
