As far as I know, much of nothing other than his name being Ned and his joke stealing is known fact. He may really be mexican for all I know. I'm not that sure about what that means if he isn't mexican. Does that mean hes racist?? I know that I'm white and if I went up there and ripped on people like he does, I'd be burnt alive.
