eh... i think this is why

WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS- - - -mild to moderate, non life-threatening withdrawal symptoms occur after daily use in some users. These may last for 1-6 weeks after cessation of use and can include anxiety, anhedonia (reduced experience of pleasure), headaches, general unease/discomfort, difficulty sleeping, and a desire to smoke pot. Severity of symptoms is related to frequency of use and individual sensitivity. slight loss of appetite finding non-stoned life a bit dull, increased boredom

    Uhhh...there's no physical withdrawal kiddo...

Clearly the root of the problem is far deeper than your psychological addiction to weed.

I'd seek help in the form of a doctor instead of the pipe for now. ~

That isn't very heavy man. That's moderate if anything.

well i'd have to agree with what everyone is saying to you. I ussaly smoke atleast a half quater a day for the last 4 years i guess, and right now i'm home for a week with my parents who know i smoke just not heavily so i haven't smoked in a few days now and i haven't had any sideffects from stoping nor have i in the past.

What could be happening is that you may actually have depression or some other type of aniexty phobia that is being controlled by the weed. Weed can work like those anitdepressed pills u get from a doc its just natural. Then maybe when you stop smoking you feel the depression much more. Id say try staying off weed for a week and then have a doctor cheak you out.

The good shit makes my feelings better and I don't think suicidal lol. I think you have other problems. And I smoke way more than 3 joints a day and I'm fine.

here, ive done a shitload, and i mean a fucking shitload, of research on this. im 16 and i spend about 1 1/2 hours a day looking at this, i dunno why lol
but some studies that i trust have said that in major major doses, marijuana can become slightly addictive. oh, and you just may have an addictive personality, in which it is easy to get addicted to something, like caffeine, chocolate, sex, or the internet.

It would be hard to quit for me, if I just harvested 13 pounds of weed. That is for sure.

Read the information at this link throught Plants & Drugs/Cannabis/Effects:
    Erowid

It says cannabis cessation can often cause a problem called anhedonia, or lack of pleasure/enjoyment in life, which is basically another way of saying depression. And if you read the other information on the site, you'll see the depressive reaction can indeed happen. I'm fairly well convinced it happens in people who're prone to depression anyway, but when you have that reaction, I know it's miserable no matter what's causing it.

If you're actually feeling so bad you're making suicide attempts, that means it's time to see a professional ASAP. You can also help yourself by forcing yourself to get some exercise. That'll help counter the depression you're experiencing. It's the hardest thing to do when you're low, but it makes a tremendous difference. Seriously, though, if you're so low you're thinking about attempting suicide or already have tried it, it's time for some psychological/medical intervention. Good luck to you!
