addicted to coke..
..and several other soft drinks
.
i am sickened at the amount of pop i drink! i started up an "experiment" to see how much soda i consume during any given week. basically i stacked up all the pop cans i drank from for the past seven days. i have 40 cans total this week. that's just fucking sick. and that's how much i normally would drink. oh right, that doesn't even include all the 40ozs i get from 7-11 and white castle. i just sit here and wonder why i'm not diabetic yet. one thing's for sure, i'm cutting down on soft drinks, hopefully i can eventually replace with water, milk, and juice onlykr1Nx01 Reviewed by kr1Nx01 on . addicted to coke.. ..and several other soft drinks ;). i am sickened at the amount of pop i drink! i started up an "experiment" to see how much soda i consume during any given week. basically i stacked up all the pop cans i drank from for the past seven days. i have 40 cans total this week. that's just fucking sick. and that's how much i normally would drink. oh right, that doesn't even include all the 40ozs i get from 7-11 and white castle. i just sit here and wonder why i'm not diabetic yet. one Rating: 5

addicted to coke..
...or you could import some Canadian sodas to help you wean yourself off them :P. Over here, we're stricter on what goes into our food/beverages, especially when it comes to caffeine-content--and caffeine's probably what you're addicted to. Colas, like Pepsi and Coke, are the only sodas that are allowed to have caffeine in them, and even they have a lot less caffeine than their American counterparts.

I used to be addicted to Mountain Dew... i'd drink about 3 liters a day, not including ones at restaurants... but then i went on the atkins diet... i quit for a while, then i was right back in the game... then a while ago i just quit. now i only drink one Mug Rootbeer a day. other than that i drink water all day, and i never drink milk, damn nasty puss infested shit anyways.

addicted to coke..
I stopped drinking soda (mainly Mt Dew) about 6 months ago cold turkey. I now just drink water (about 1 1/2 gal a day) and coffee. The thing that is bad for you in soda is all the sugar not the caffine. One Oz. of soda has one teaspoon of sugar.

Yikes. One can of soda and I'm burping for the rest of the day.
Sorry. There's no way I could drink soda all long without bad conscequences.

Drink water, that's mainly all I drink these days. Well that and milk.... and beer
Water is delicious, refreshing and free. What more could you ask? It's like some kind of miracle liquid.
