40 40 Healthy, and 1 Sicky plant, any help please ?

Hi everyone, well here's the prob, i've a mixed bunch of Skunk #1, Skunk Haze, Hash Plant, PPP, AK48 and NLxBB. All we're planted into Coco after a week from germinating, they have grown so well, 16 are now in 12/12, the rest probbaly this weekend as all are showing presex, just want to grow a tad more so i can take some more clones.
Temp is 75/80, PH is 6-6.2, Humidity 55/60%, they they are on 3/4 strength Biobozz Grow and AlgAMic.
The problem we have is with just 1 NLxBB, lovely variagated leaves, it's growing as fast as the others, showing presex (GIRL!!), had a couple of burnt leaves when it was smaller along with the different coloured leaves, thought it was nute burn. flushed, leaves stayed the same, i fed, they stayed the same, grew as much as the other plants, looks really healthy, new leaves showing everyday. But i know the coloured leaves aint right, can anyone have an aidea of whats wrong? If it was on all the other plants i could understand maybe it was me doin something wrong, but it's just the one plants out of 40 ?? Could it possibly need more food ??

KAy, is that pH the runoff or the nutes in?
You ever flush?
Did you de-salt your coco to begin with (unless it specifically said that it was already leached out)?

VAriegated leaves are not normal on cann plants... you have what looks like a lockout, esp since you say that there had been burning previously, and your pH is on the low side, but that looks like micronute def, specifically Mg, you need to flush the living CRAP out of that plant with pH adjusted water and start feeding a fert that includes micronutes. Also a foliar feed with epsom salts might be a good idea.

The PH is with the nutes in, yeah i flushed it 2 weeks ago , no difference, about 21 litres in all. Excuse me for being thick, but what are micronutes? I'm still new to all this, would it affect only 1 plant and not the others?
