Before you go and flower that puppy why not at least take some clones in case it is a female. If you take a few clones and the thing does turn out to be female your just that much more set for a future grow, especially if your gonna take some of the advice given to you and buy more lights at least it would make new lights even more worth your money and get a little clone experience under your belt. Showing any signs of sex? Good Luck

I cant tell whether or not its a fluorescent or not. If its a fluorescent I think it would work just fine. As you can tell on this site if you look around a bit you can get plenty of good ideas about lighting cuss people are using everything possible. As far as the picture you gave I would stay away from it, I think its more for I don't know not this though. Look you've got lots of options heres a few picks I found, the H.O. flouro's are the most expensive but I think yields could supplement costs if you put some effort into it. What ever you do more light will help and keep the bulbs as close as you
can while keeping temps in the 70's or low 80's

Basically I got given a seed 3 months back and i germinated it and it began to grow. All I have had on it is a 22W bulb (see picture below). It has taken 3 months to get to how it looks now (see other picture below). I would like some feedback on what I can change to make this plant flower (if it even can) i.e. Lights and times.
