10kw sealed room

So i lost my old login and i don't even have a computer at home just using buddies 4now. Anyway a friend purchased 4 acres of land and a 1000sq mobile home the other day . Water, gas and power at the property line. So he asked me about his idea's. He did 2rooms x 8kw in the city before(city electrician was an investor)so he is expirienced. Anyway the property is pretty quiet and a bigass meanass dog came with it.He can't snake shiet there its easy to catch, not another house for 15 acres.But what also came with the property is a 14kw propane/natural gas standby genset. He wants to run good 3.5-kw of the legit line and pay for it that will cover ac , fans and a few lights.And than generate the other 8k using 50% gas and 50% propane not to spike up the natural gas bill.And there will be large propane storage tank purchased(4local fill companies so shouldn't be an issue). Just wants to flower it here, he has a place to clone/pre veg them. And ps he lives in Canada so no feds lurking around.
What do you guys think of his dream.

get a license to grow. haha. ur in canada, some one wrote a book on how to make a legit business selling to med users, u have to ofcourse go by there rules but ur ass is covered, this isnt secured land, even tho it seems safe, any one can wonder on the land at any point, he could put up a fence, with posted trespasing signs too, i dunno it how ever u want to work the legal system.

I think that a trailer is kind of shaky for that big op.
I also think that if you are planning a commercial grow you should get off the forums. No one cares about closet growers... but you start yapping about that many kw... someone is going to get interested.

Yah he though about medical cover up but it won't work 4now.There is fencing and a gate in place as well as scarry ass dog chained to the trailer. the spot is 1000sqf so its large enough. And posting is done via wireless so good luck tracing, it'll bring them to someone's house not my buddies. There is atleast 4 open networks every block haha.

Iam just wondering what his propane bill would be ?anyone used them before i hear its like .75 gal/h for 3500 watt/h output?

Good advice Stinky. I keep a really low profile. I grow alot of pot but I don't sell. I just like to know exactly what I'm getting and it seems safer than getting busted over buying a little on the street. I smoke out my friends for free. My freinds know that I always have tons of smoke but non ever ask where it comes from. A chosen few in key positions know about my grow op, they keep me apprised of police activity so I know if I have to clean house if a bust is coming. I keep a really low profile. The cops around hear generally don't care about pot. Their priorities are coke, X, and meth. There is a plenty of that shit around here to keep them occupied. But if they heard of a huge 12k grow I'm sure they'd come in force.

PS, don't under estimate the computer geeks ability to find you. In Canada it might not be so bad, but here in the states those guys are sharp. I know a guy that tracks child molesters and he can hunt those scumbags down fast.
