    Troubles of a lightweight

So, basically I've been getting sick lately, and so it's clear I'm a pretty lightweight smoker...still I wonder what I can do to NOT get sick in the future.

Let me set the latest scene for ya.

We're (4 people) sitting around in my friend's room, drinking a bit, afterwards we move onto some food. We eat some wings, a couple pizzas and then another order of wings. Good shiznit, no?

Then we go outside and smoke a bowl and I take about 3 good hits and I feel...alright. No thoughts of sickness at that time, so it's all good.

We go back to the room and try to decide whether or not to go to a party and then sitting down I feel a rumble...like a small man in my stomach is trying to tell me something, and next thing I know, I'm racing outside where I let the bushes have it, I mean the stuff was just flowing out of my insides; twas nasty indeed. So, understandably, I'm no longer on good terms with those guys any more, but I'm worried -- is this a tolerance problem or something else?

well you said you were drinking a little that could have set it off plus all the food you ate. I have a friend who has threw up from just bud a few times but has never happened to me so I can't really help there, other then smoke less maybe.

Don't mix weed and alcohol especially if you are a novice. Plus it sounds like you ate after drinking. You should eat before drinking.

I've heard if you don't inhale properly some smoke can go into your stomach (you swallow it) and that will cause irritation.

Drinking + cannabis can make some people ill. It doesn't mean you're a pussy like some assholes like to say, it just means your body doesn't like the mix if chemicals. It's telling you something, don't mix the two.

Plus eating greasy ass food, like pizza, and the wings, which are deep-fried in grease, adding alcohol + cannabis, yes, that is a bad combo. and can make people ill. Eating greasy foods alone can make people sick.

So don't eat so much, and don't eat so much greasy food. Quit mixing alcohol and cannabis, and you'll be fine.

Listen to the people above me  For people that are new to the game, booze and MJ can be a lot of trouble.

Cool, I'll take the advice for sure. I've been okay when I just smoked, or if I eat more after I smoke, not right before. (maybe that seems obvious, I'm not sure) And the mixing thing, yeah, that's a definite no-no I can see.
