Quick clarification on what is considered "parapharnelia"
California - NORML
Possession of paraphernalia is a civil fine of $200-$300 for the first offense and goes up to $5,000-$6,000 for a fifth or subsequent violation within a five-year period.Leebstatus Reviewed by Leebstatus on . Quick clarification on what is considered "parapharnelia" California - NORML What counts as paraphernalia? Say I'm walking down the street past curfew, a cop stops and searches me, and finds a pipe on me. Am I fucked? I'm just curious as to how pipes and bongs can be sold legally in shops all over the place, yet if I'm found with one I can be fined for it. What? Is there something I'm missing here? Do they test for resin? Or does it only count as paraphernalia when you have weed on you as well? Rating: 5
