Red dot's mean "neg rep"
green dot's mean "positive rep"

Neg rep will subtract from your rep points, while good rep will add points.

The more points you get, the more green dot's you get. The formula however is lost on me.

And your rep is still currently on showing two green dots...

Thank you. I thought that it was the red circle next to my name. Now I see that it is on the right side of the screen.
