i think that what harddon is talking about is growing blueberry and purple strains outdoors. if you do this, the cold temps. slow the growth and turn the leaves different colors depending on the strain in hand, making more resin and prettier plants. i think there is a beautiful picture of what i am talking about in this months "High Times"
just a guess though....

Cool grow man! got some blueberry on the go to.
kindprincess you said its a classic trait of blueberry to have twisted leaves. Can this also start in young seeds? as iv noticed the same trait in 5 of my own. also the seedlings with twisted leaves are growing slower. I assumed the seedlings were week and im thinking bout removing them from the op.

At first I thought the Mrs. gave the seed halves a lil help instead of letting them fall off on their own . Every set of leaves was this way though . There's a pic. of it in Stinkys mutant thread .
Markass - keep up the good work bro . those lil fat indica dom. leaves look sweet !!

tom the hippie; twisted and warped leaves are a classic trait of the blueberry strain. they may go through a one week lag, but they grow out of it. it's generally seen in the first set of true leaves, and even in the first pair above the cotyledons.
i don't know why this strain has that quirky characteristic, but it's seen in all of my beanlings and small clones. it doesn't affect the plant, and should not be stressed over; it will go away with time.
aww, f<r>og! you give me way too much credit babe
 luv you too.
and of course, i'm not going to leave out my most scariest pitt ever... hi crispi!
love, kp
