Meditation is very helpful to me.

You can buy audio tapes or Cd's that use sound to get you down to the Alpha or Theta state.

After you get in those states you can condition yourself to get back quickly by choosing a keyword and repeating it.

If you want to get to those states again you can use your keyword to get in that state more quickly.

I'll find the link and post it here later. I'm not entirely certain if I'm doing it right, but I get a really neat feeling when I do. Also, I find that meditating while blazed is phenomenal. So... anyone else do this? I find my meditation to be very soothing, I can just sort of leave the world behind. Rating: 5
