What about test results. Since my insurance provided through work supplements my doctor visits and testing fee's, would this be grounds for them to get all results from drug tests done; if one was done in the first place? Or does that not apply in this situation, and I can only be tested if I am made aware of it and signed something (like when I did my pre employment test)?

Can they test for drugs, be it marijuana, coke, anything without authorization? Reason I ask is that I went to the doctor today, and I am covered under my health insurance. I've had kidney surgery in the past, and my doc decided to go ahead and do a test on me to send in to the lab for urine tests (non drug, other related to check my levels and make sure I'm still doing good after surgery).
