PC Grow Setup

Hey everyone. Im planning on doing a PC Grow, and i was wondering if this setup will work. The light will be 170w cfl's, reflectors will be a space blanket or foil, and im planning on having 3 0r 4 fans(2 intake-1 exhaust or 2 and 2), and i am aslo going to put a carbon filter in it. Aso which will be the best way to grow this, LST or SCROG. Thanks.

Somewhere if you search there is another thread, just like this already (in this section) with a link to amazing pc grow, the guy there LST'd and it came out good, almost a solid z he yeilded.
