    Is this a healthy leaf?

If a plant's leaves are curling under slightly, and there are light green splotches on some of the leaves, is this anything to worry about?

Otherwise the plant would be lush and dark green and growing.

The attached pictures show the type of curling I am refering to.

I wouldn't say it's much of a problem. Wait for others for a positive answer, but that may be over watering. There are plenty of plant sickness/deficiencies faqs out there, just google it

lol if the tips dry out its not from watering fool! its from over nuting, and that doesnt seem to be a problem, or it would stand out...

my best advice is to check the ph of your run-off, and keep an eye on the ph, also water it less, i havent watered my plant in a month, now its packin more resin than a rasta with a weed gun.. ive had edges curl exactly like that throughout the growth of a whole plant, and it was fine, i also had it do that on another plant which died fast, CHECK YOUR PH, FLUSH AND CHECK RUN-OFF and maybe use diferent water.. good luck

True I've had my share of nutrient deficiencies but usually that affects only the tips of each leaflet not the sides too
