Al Gore: Global Hypocricy
Global warming is like the warning on cigarette packs. Some just pay more attention to the surgeon general's comments then others. Quiting now may reduce serious effects down the road.

this is so sad. light up another one. I can't even comment on the hypocrisy in this thread.
Well, considering that the Government has always misled the public, and denied same the truth. One has to conclude that the large world of scientists that confirm global warming is totally convincing...too bad I am just another feeble minded sheep. One thing I know for sure...If the Government says it isn't true...It's True!
Just for the record I am not pro Bush or Gore. I think Everything should be based on the public vote. fuck the Parties!
At first glance I was skeptical about these latest articles, but also my intuition was that it was just further Bullshit Propaganda coming thru the back channels of Halli-Burton. Peace

do you understand the difference? empirical data vs. theoretical modeling. despite the hype and political warfare surrounding the theory it is still nothing more than that, a theory. though reducing mankind's footprint on the environment is prudent, using the scare tactic of a global warming emergency to force radical immediate change is nothing more than political posing and irresponsible manipulation. those who choose to blindly follow the leaders of this campaign may have the best of intentions, but that is no excuse for yielding to this politically incited hysteria.

LOL bong. I like your thing about dinosaurs tho. But lets not wait till it's too late before we find out we're natures next dinosaur. Sometimes in life ass kissing is needed, boss or nature. Global warming ideas might not be 100% but if it takes some change to lower consumption and reduce pollution then is that really a bad thing at all? Cooperations would extend there profit margins if MPG in cars jumped up 50-100%. Oil won't be around forever. At some point the taps WILL dry out. Maybe Exxon's way of looking at a retirement plan?

The taps will dry out...
see Zim what we need is a Price floor....If gas never went below say...4 bucks a gallon... we would be driving other type of cars by now....,but when gas goes to 1.50 a gallon we get in our SUVs ( i have a Toyota Land cruiser ..Sick) and just cruise around like nothing.
Necessity is mother of invention......
And When Our Time on Earth is Over its Over.....Cars no cARS, Pollution no Pollution......
Dinos didnt have cars....they are gone? Hummm??????
