sound like u have all the stuff to grow some nice plant but just so u no the light u got is great for vegings but u wonna get atleast a 400w hps for buding u can use th other one but u wont yeild to much and as its your first time your gonna learn most of what your asking just by growin thim.. most is trial and fukups so good luck man and post some pic of what u get
