16, i think, is the youngest you should be when you start smoking. But honestly I started smoking when I was 13/14, and I'm just turning 16 now.

smoking dope I think 18 should be the min age, mainly because misguided teenagers will prob end up leaving school to smoke and shit, whereas if it were 18 at least not as many teenagers will be able to buy the stuff, obviously people under will buy it, but if it was reduced, the chances would reduce, I'm not sure, but I say 18

16. I really dont think thats when kids should start smoking though. Emotionally I dont think most of them would be ready for it (I said most not all). I also dont think that you could convince a 16 year old not to smoke if they got it in their head that they're ready for it. If its for a medical use I dont think there should be any age limits.

I dont think its physically unhealthy to start young, but too many kids take a toke and then completely wrap themselves up in cannabis culture and stoner friends and close themselves off to hanging out with other groups and trying other things. I say 17/ end of highschool (I dont care if you think youre mature for your age)

I'd have to agree with 18. I started smoking at the age of 11. A friend and I found his stepdad's stash and smoked it all up. Anyhow, the reason I say 18 is because of things like what someone mentioned earlier. Leaving/skipping school to smoke, etc. I believe that it would do a person much better to get school out of the way first. I'm not saying that EVERYONE in school is not capable of smoking and carrying on with a normal life, but I just know how I was when i started smoking. It's all I cared about. I think that I let it cloud my brain a little too much. I'm happy with the way my life is now, BUT it could have been a lot easier on me, had I waited. I don't know what else to type now...I'm well on my way to being drunk. And it's time to roll something!

Depends on the person itself, i myself started when i was 13 and i dont think it did any more harm that it'd be doing to me now
