Get back in the gym, when you are craving go lift weights- the endorphins release you get from it puts you in a great mood and is proven to be more stress relieving than nicotene.

If you really want to get off I recommend getting sick sometime, I havn't smoked for 3 weeks since I got a cough and cold that made it miserable to smoke (withdrawl is only 3 days)
DAMN BIG TOBACCO...DAMN THEM. :cursing:

If I could go to the gym everytime I had a craving, I would. Sadly, that is not an option. I do, however, plan to slowly start to get into a routine of working out several times a week, when I can schedule it. Then once I've been in the gym for a couple weeks consistently, I will not crave the evil cancer-sticks anymore. Pray for me.

Unfortunately, getting sick does not help me quit. When I'm sick, and start coughing, the only thing that gets me to temporarily stop coughing is...cigs. Booo.
