I hear alot of people chat about dutch passion, and in conjunction with Seeds Direct.

I have heard alot of negative info about High Grade seeds. If you search the forums you may find pages posters throughout revealing past posts on fake places, and i've been notitifed that there are plages that list fake places.

You have research and make connections. There's search engines, queries and such. Talk to people (check the old cannabis board), and do some legitmacy verifications on board with people who are more knowledgeable. You have to ask people anyway, but at least you would have some substance on the matter to find a legit connection.
