first question, are u over 18? and second like i would say that everyonedoesit.com is the most reliable site out there for this kind of shit (that i have seen) and i have ordered from there but i would say go into a headshop and although u might pay more, you can see and feel each piece and pick out the one that is for u. but make sure if u get it from a headshop that they are fairly priced and that they arent outragous.
