Should I order from any domestic seed sellers?

Any seed dealer out of the US has to be shady and has to have a huge mark up to make the risk worthwhile.

That's not true.
Rushman IS legit and has a very good rep, and his strains are nice.
But in general, the British seed banks are very very very safe to order from in my experience so why bother risking a domestic dealer who you don't know?
