    Panic attacks

I've never gotten one from smoking... I have, however, from stress.

Everything got extremely fuzzy... not like visual, just my thoughts, like this bad buzzing...

I started breathing so hard and fast, I felt like I couldn't breathe. My head started going numb and I could feel the muscles on my face falling asleep...

I fell to the floor trying to catch my breath for half an hour before it finally went away... I don't quite remember it, but it was highly unpleasant.

    Panic attacks

i was laying on the bed in the dark with mario party blaring wayy too loud in front of me and we had just finished smoking way too many bong bowls..and my body was flat on the bed with my head at a twisted angle on the pillow...all rigid and uncomfortable...all of the sudden i felt like my lungs werent working and felt an impending doom feeling...large pressure in my cheST so i stood up real quick and had to pace a little and take huge deep breaths, felt like i was gonna pass out...its like when shit gets overwhelming...but expresses itself through you physically...pressure in chest...difficulty breathing...feeling like yer freaking out or something bad is about to happen but you cant figure out what...its often incapacitating...but usually goes away.

    Panic attacks

I've had them at various times in my life from stress or trauma. Huge adrenalin surge. Heart races. Sweating. Shaking. Can't get a deep breath. Impending sense of doom and/or certainty that I'm going to die or something awful will happen to me or someone else. Nausea. Some people hyperventilate or faint.

Take heavy-duty fear, then square it three times or more. That's a panic attack. It's a very unpleasant event.

    Panic attacks

Once shortly after I smoked my vision got really pixelly/blurry and was slowly being consumed by fuzziness (like on the tv) and my hearing was going away too. Other than that I was just acting extremely high, but once I sat for a while they both went away little by little and my vision/hearing came back. Also, my friend told me my face turned really white and my lips ad eyes got really dark. Was I panicking?

And I will add to that list,
    Terror
Need to get outside, into fresh air
    Dizziness
    Disorientation

I have never had one triggered by smoking, but then again, I only smoke heavy indicas because I know I have anxiety and don't want to find out if I can trigger a panic attack with some crap weed.

In fact, I grow specifically to treat my anxiety. And I see a therapist during times in my life that I am under a lot of stress.

Yeah, I totally left out the word "terror," didn't I? I probably blocked that out on some post-traumatic, unconscious level. And that's the very center of it. The whole foundation of panic attacks is deep, abiding terror. I hate the feeling!
