Soil Temp
I dont think ive ever heard the answer to that question cuz ive never seen anyone ask that so nice question. But if i had to make a guess wouldnt u think ur soil temp would be the same or close to your room temp?Since its in the room all the time it should be at the same temp so im thinkin your soil temp should be the same as your room temp.

Soil Temp
Soil will eventually take on the temp of the outter air if growing indoors so worry not about it.
Do NOT use cold water however to water the roots. Let it get to room temp first.
