First off, the guys name is "newbie packer" , and his post count was in the single digits when he made this thread, so that should make it clear that he dosent have much experience.. and second, he isnt asking around to buy bud from anyone, he is asking a general question that would not land anyone in jail for answering. Third, NYC police have a lot more important things to worry about, and would only waste their time investigating large scale grow operations or big time dealers. Even if they do get you with posession, its a $100 fine.
