Oh...well honestly I mean we are all different and have our own ways of doing things so this is just my opinion..I think you should take like 5 to 10 hits at one time and try to hold it for a decent amount of time like 5 secs or so. I think if you're gonna pay any money for dried flowers that you could have grown free for your self you should get as high as you can lol.
