I begin to unravel it from the part youre supposed smoke out of. once the top leaf is off, it will be in one big piece. then i take off the cancer paper, make the blunt out of the inner paper, and wrap it up once its finished (wrap it the same way it was wrapped originally). It burns a lil longer this way, and you dont go through the hassle of licking two layers together if you cut the cigar down the middle.

oh ya, i always try to find the line (where the inner paper is glued together) and rip it off. i love my blunts...they pull very nice, and last long.

edit: if you want the outer leaf on real tight, you twist it on with your lips.
ive always used dutchmasters and this has been the only way ive ever rolled blunts. they burn nice nd long, You can also cut the inner leaf in half and roll two (.5) full blunts.
im sure alot of people swear by phillies, but Dutchmasters are the best blunts around.
