They have to realise it's a plant, and therefore, can be grown by anyone, anywhere. It always has been and always will be. Eventually they're going to realise they cant control it, no matter how hard they try. Then they'll be forced to legalise it.

They're making more problems for themselves by keeping it illegal.

Chris says drugs are legal when they are made by white people in this country (USA). He says drugs are illegal when they are made by brown or black people in other countries.
