Lowryder, 3-4 weeks, no sex
What is the latest a LR would show sex?
Conditions:
soil
never restricted root development
minor nutes
may top out at 13-18 inch
so i ended up a branchy LR,
a couple lower branches measure 3 inches
from the grows i've seen, my plants should have shown sex by now... what gives?
anyone?xblackdogx Reviewed by xblackdogx on . Lowryder, 3-4 weeks, no sex What is the latest a LR would show sex? Conditions: soil never restricted root development minor nutes may top out at 13-18 inch so i ended up a branchy LR, a couple lower branches measure 3 inches Rating: 5

We have some Lowryders growing at the mo, and we just harvested some, the first batch showed sex by day 15, the ones we have growing now took 20 days, but all in flower now. They were opn full strength nutes by the day they showed sex, don't think you s'posed to top a Lowryder, we never anyway, ended up with nice bushy plants, attached a couple of pics anyways, at day 30 and day 45

yeah..don't believe you should top a lowryder..autoflowering..can't top a flower once it's using flowering hormones or whatever. Only during veg should you top..this plant doesn't have a veg cycle so therefore you can't top it.

JAB,
don't have any pics for you,
and its only 1 girl,
its day 37 and she's JUST showing the smallest pistils EVER
what took this bitch so long?
she did branch out alot, i leaned her back
and the i have a lil canopy!
bottom branches are 3.5-4 inches, height around 12-13 inch
i was thinking the 3-4 inch branches wouldnt produce much b/c i heard it was one main cola, but JABs plant has awed me into what is capable from a LR... i hope to get a yield as good as yours

We've got what now is 6 lowryders in flower, found the last male a couple of days ago, they range in size from 4 inches, most bud on but what looks like it will be just one cola, to the biggest which must be 12/13 inches high, with lots of side shoots with flowers on, so just goes to show you don't know what you gonna get till they actually grow, i've only just got up, once i'm sorted i'll take some piccys for you, these have took longer than my first lowryders, but theres no rush

turns out it is a girlie.
bad thing happened today, i had to rush to work this morning and a light must have been touching the girl all day, so its top got burned, i'm a lil bummed, 3 secondary branches were cut off (its on its stretching to node #10, but 8th node, and 9th node both had 3 spots were 2nd branching sprouted).
some tips of the top fan leaves were also the evermost slightly affected and i hope she recovers okay.

black dog good grow man, im about to grow some lowryder and it needs to be stealthy.. which is good because thats what this specific strain is all about but was wondering how much 1 or 2 plants would smell and if it would be coverable by some odor gels or something?
