I heard a steam room or sonya (sp?) reduces your tolerance b/c it sweats it out of your system, decreasing tolerance.

But man I feal it is impossible to get those very first highs again from 6 years ago when I started smoking. Even if I take a break till 0 tolerance Id still not get as good as an experience as I did when I first started... maybe mental tolerance?
