Take a break man. Not a few days. A legitamate break. At least a week.

I beleive a wise man once said (maybe on this forum)

"The herb is ment to enhance your life, not become it"

So my tolerant friend, go on some walks, hikes, surf, eat, do whatever you love besides the ganja. Physcial activity will actually get it out faster and I find makes me feel alot better.

But seriously, the key to not giving in to your break is keeping yourself occupied. Play video games, hang with friends, read a book, stay active somehow.
