wtf dude, if you can get alcohol, you can get papers, just ask a dealer or whoever you buy your weed from, or alcohol from and ask if they can get you papers.

the person i buy weed from is underage and the person I get alcohol from dosn't approve of smoking and I don't want to tell them I smoke.

Just buy a pack of Zig Zag's. They are $0.99 at any gas station. Your pick, blues or whites (I personally prefer whites). You can use the clear papers, but they are twice the price, you get half as much, and can be hard to find, but it the superior rolling paper (even though it's not actual paper, it's cellulose).
