My small hard to clean bubbler.. :(

There's a pic of it, I used a Q-tip to clean the top part, look how gross the bottom part is, I heard there is a chemical 420 that you can put in and it will help a lot? I just want it to be see through again Any suggestions?

Get a bottle of Goo Gone, go to a sink turn on the hot water as high as it goes and let the water run through the pipe for about 2 minutes, then let it fill half way and shake it, rinse and repeat. Then use the Goo Gone to clean the mess in the sink up
