The Bongstitution

Amendment I

Thou shalt not steal. This applies to, but is not limited to, the almighty ganja, food, lighters, and money.

Amendment II

If there are more than two people present, ā??Fingersā? is the deciding factor in your life as a cannabis smoker. If there are two people present, Rock-Paper-Scissors is the ultimate say.

Amendment III

Blowing smoke in others face is unacceptable.

Amendment IV

Always clean up after yourself.

Amendment V

Obey ā??Fivesā?.

Amendment VI

No complaining/whining. If you want something done, do it yourself.




Amendment VII

Bowl packer/Joint roller has the rights to greens, if they choose not to take greens; they decide who it is given to.

Amendment VIII

When passing in a circle, always pass to your left. Everybody has the right to decline a hit, but they must wait until the bowl circles to them again.

Amendment IX

No faking. Not only is this a waste of weed, it is easily noticed.

Amendment X

Money is power. There will be a social hierarchy instated. Those that pay more have more power, and those that pay less have less power. This is similar to our common-day social hierarchy, men have power over women. If you are not paying often, this will be noticed and you will not be smoking.

Amendment XI

Aware others of your present contagious illness(es); it is unacceptable to spread your sickness through the almighty cannabis. Be prepared to have your own piece/joint ready if you are ill.

Amendment XII

Do not slobber. Whether it is a bong, bowl, or joint, avoid slobbering.

Amendment XIII

If inside someoneā??s home, respect their rules. Break the stereotype of the idiotic stoner and be respectful.

If any of these Amendments are broken or disobeyed, fair, just, and swift punishment will be applied.

For exaple when me and my friends are smoking a blunt or joint we have a rule we call "Smack Hands" I dunno if anyone else does it but what we do is if anyone drops the blunt or joint then everyone that is smoking on that blunt or joint gets to smack that person's hand as hard as they want and everyone has to smack the same hand. It sorta sucks tho when your smoking with like 8 ppl and they all get to smack your hand if you drop it. But i Rating: 5
