You could have blown your eardrums doing that. That's like holding your nose and mouth close while you sneeze. All that air and pressure that should be going out, stays inward and puts pressure on your sinuses and eardrums.

Be more careful next time. You'd hate to blow an eardrum smoking herb.

I still feel really sick from it..I keep having waves of nausea...and I have puked like 3 times.

I drank last night, but not that much...due in large part mainly because of my extreme ear pain and feeling sick from it.

I think it messed with my equilibrium...all I know is that my ears still hurt really bad.

I would probably know if I blew an ear drum right?
