Yes, you'd know if you blew your earmdrum. You wouldn't hear out of that ear and my guess is it would probably bleed after it happened.

All that pressure on your brain from the cough probably blew out a few brain cells and rattled up your sinus tubes. I suggest drinking some water and taking it easy today.

If you smoke some kif today, I would avoid the bong. Kif and bongs are killer hits, so I would use a smaller scale piece.
